BurJuman continues to ‘rock’ during DSF. As part of its exciting DSF calendar of events and activities, the mall’s new Mystery Box competition launch this week is sure to get minds ticking and people talking. BurJuman is a key sponsor of DSF 2010.
Offering people the chance to guess their way to a fantastic Dhs 50,000 prize, the Mystery Box competition has a very simple participation formula. All participants need to do is guess the item that is inside the box. And to help the guessing process, BurJuman is providing a clue that is being aired daily on radio and also is available in newspapers. Inside the mall as well clue boards have been placed to help shoppers and visitors guess the mystery item.
Participants need to submit their guess on a coupon at BurJuman. A giant mystery Box has been placed near Saks Fifth Avenue on level 1 and that’s the guess submission point. No shopping purchase is required to enter the competition. Guesses will be accepted until Saturday 13th February. The winner will be announced on Monday 15th February.
In addition to this one-of-a-kind competition , BurJuman is also promising shopaholics a ‘rocking’ Dubai Shopping Festival (DSF) with more chances to win and world-class entertainment designed to complement the unrivalled luxury shopping offering at the mall.
Shoppers who spend AED 200 at the mall during ‘BurJuman Rocks’ will receive raffle coupons that they can use to enter draws to win 2 Range Rover Sport Supercharged luxury cars. Draws will be held on 14th February and 1st March.
In addition to this, the first 20 shoppers who spend AED 1000 or more every day during the festival will receive a 2.5gm gold biscuit on presentation of their receipts to confirm the same at a designated counter in the mall.
Tribute acts of some of the most rocking international performers, Robbie Williams, and Britney Spears will continue to regale shoppers with weekend in-mall concerts that are guaranteed to be chart-topping. Shoppers and pop music enthusiasts of all ages can enjoy three 30 -minute shows daily by Britney Spears from 11-13 February and Robbie Williams from 18-20 February. Each tribute act will be supported by two hugely talented back-up dancers, who’ve been flown in especially for this event.
