Dubai and Bahrain will exchange municipal expertise and discuss cooperation among civic authorities during a visit made by a delegation from the Dubai Municipality. The delegation is led by Director General Qassim Sultan, who left on Tuesday for Bahrain in response to an invitation from Saif bin Easa Al Banali, Director General of the Central Municipal Authority of Bahrain, according to press reports.
The Dubai delegation will be briefed on the experiences of the Bahrain Municipal Authority in a number of areas, and discussion will be held on exchange of expertise in the field o! f municipal services.
Sultan was quoted as saying that the visit would strengthen the relationship and co-operation between the two institutions. (Albawaba.com)
