Dubai Investments Real Estate Company (DIRC), the real estate arm of Dubai Investments PJSC, is participating at the Cityscape Global 2010 property exhibition, which takes place from October 4 to 7, 2010 at the Dubai International Convention & Exhibition Centre.
DIRC is located on Stand G-39, Hall 7 at the exhibition.
"As an event that attracts property investors and trade visitors from around the world, Cityscape provides us an excellent platform to reach out to a broad and high-potential audience," said Obaid Al Salami, General Manager of Dubai Investments Real Estate Company. At Cityscape Global 2010, DIRC will showcase 'Ritaj' - Phase 2, which will soon be ready for handover – is a mega residential complex located in Dubai Investments Park (DIP). Launched as part of DIRC's commitment to bring quality residential space within the reach of a wide cross-section of people, 'Ritaj' has a built-up area of 2.58 million square feet and features a total of 2,024 apartments across 11 residential blocks - spread over two development phases. The initial handover of Phase 1 was completed in early 2010 and the Second (and final) Phase will be delivered by end of November 2010.
