United Arab Emirates: Dusit Residence Dubai Marina, part of Bangkok-based Thai hospitality chain Dusit International, has checked-in its first guest.

Hiroshi Nakanishi, Director, Technical Service & Commercial Tyre Marketing for Bridgestone Middle East & Africa FZE (A subsidiary company of Bridgestone Corporation, Japan), was given a typical Thai welcome as he received the keys to his apartment.

“My assignment here in Dubai has three years left to run, so hopefully I will be staying here at Dusit Residence until November 2011,” said Nakanishi.

Dalip Singh, General Manager, Dusit Residence Dubai Marina, commented, “Thai culture is extremely popular with Japanese people and our hospitality is very much appreciated.”

The 35-storey landmark tower contains a total of 146 premier serviced residences, overlooking the lifestyle enclave of Dubai Marina, a perfect location for long and short term guests alike.

Conveniently located in the heart of ‘New’ Dubai, the Dusit Residence is just five minutes away from Media City, Internet City and Knowledge Village. “Jebel Ali Free Zone is a short drive away as well,” pointed out Singh.

“We are also within easy reach of Mall of the Emirates, the Gold & Diamond Park, Emirates & Montgomery golf courses, The Walk opposite Jumeirah Beach, not to mention the vast array of lifestyle facilities in the Marina itself,” he added.
