Emirates Islamic Bank announced today that it has relocated its Al Ain branch to a new, larger and enhanced premise in a move that reinforces its commitment to providing value-added banking solutions to its customers across the UAE.
The new premise is located on Salah El Deen Street, just across from its old location. It is not only bigger but also equipped with modern technology to deliver the highest levels of customer service in a convenient and efficient manner. The new premises includes a Ladies Banking section, Ethmar Priority Banking lounge and 24 hour banking facility.
“We are pleased to announce the relocation to this new, bigger and more modern premise. Our decision to move to this newer location goes to show our commitment and confidence in Al Ain, which we have identified to be an important growth area for us” said Abdulelah Alkindy, Senior Vice President, Head of Retail Banking, Emirates Islamic Bank.
Alkindy further commented that “with bigger banking area, we can now offer comfortable and convenience banking services including ladies banking. This new premises will also address our customers’ growing banking needs in Al Ain, including priority banking services through Ethmar, which accords its affluent customers a host of privileges attended to by trained relationship managers. This further reinforces our commitment towards our Banking in Three Dimensions proposition that embodies Shari’a compliant, superior services and continuous innovation”.
A full range of consumer and corporate banking services will be available at the new premises, including savings accounts, investment accounts, financing facilities and Islamic credit cards.
Emirates Islamic Bank’s new relocated branch at Al Ain is also equipped with modern training facilities to cater to the needs to continuously enhance the knowledge and skills of the staff of the Bank.
Emirates Islamic Bank has 10 full-service branches across the UAE, including four in Dubai and one each in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.
