Emirates NBD, a leading bank in the region, announced today, the opening of a new branch at Mirdiff City Centre in Dubai.
Located on the ground floor of the 196,000-square metre mall, the Mirdiff City Centre branch will cater to the banking requirements of the 450,000-strong community serviced by the mall in the Mirdiff and Al Warqa areas.
“People are always on the lookout for ready access to consumer banking services, so that they can easily meet their day-to-day financial requirements and responsibilities,” said Jamal Bin Ghalaita, Group Deputy CEO, Emirates NBD. “As one of the most recent shopping destinations in Dubai, attracting significant footfall from north Dubai, Mirdiff City Centre is an ideal location for Emirates NBD’s new branch and enables us to service our customers within a 10 kilometre radius.”

The Mirdiff City Centre branch will be open from 10 am to 9 pm, Saturday to Thursday, and will offer customers a range of consumer finance products and solutions, including customised loans for UAE Nationals, Borrow Wisely personal loans, Auto Loans with unique features and Sharia-compliant insurance products, Takaful and Savings. In addition, it will have an ATM and a Cash Deposit Machine in addition to three ATMs in the shopping mall.
Emirates NBD has maximised its presence within the mall sector in the UAE following the rapid growth in the number of malls in recent years. The bank currently has over 20 outlets in numerous malls, including Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Festival City, Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai Marina Mall, Dubai Outlet Mall, Al Jimi Mall, Times Square Centre, Souq Madinat Jumeirah, Wafi City, Al Muhairi Centre, Mizher Centre, Deira City Centre, Sharjah City Centre, Burjuman Centre, Galleria ‘Hyatt Regency’, and ‘The Walk’ in JBR. Through this sustained expansion, the bank plans to have its services within reach for all Emirates NBD customers across the nation.
