In line with its ongoing commitment to meeting the needs of the local community, Emirates NBD, a leading bank in the region, announced today its sponsorship of a range of family-themed events in the Arabian Ranches and Dubai Marina areas.
Held on April 30 and May 1, 2010, the weekend events featured a wide range of activities, including family fun fairs, fashion shows and children’s dancing and karate competitions, ensuring a pleasant day out for parents and children alike. The Arabian Ranches event was held outdoors, while the Dubai Marina event took place at the Marina Promenade.
“Dubai Marina and Arabian Ranches were among the first districts in Dubai to create dedicated residential communities focused on families,” said Saif Al Mansoori, Deputy Head – Group Marketing, Emirates NBD. “Emirates NBD believes in further strengthening such communities through organising community events, and supporting our customers in any way we can. We look forward to working with other residential neighbourhoods to consolidate our position as the neighbourhood bank.”
Emirates NBD also set up a kiosk alongside the festivities to showcase its consumer finance products and services. The bank has an active presence in the Marina area with three operational branches and nine ATMs/CDMs.
