Emirates Post rewards over 50 customers in first weekly draw of

Three customers won free return tickets to India and 50 others won vouchers and gifts in the first weekly draw of the summer promotion of Emirates Post’s enhanced India Parcel Service.

The three winners of Itihad air tickets are Sujith K, Basheer Wasim Habib and Ahmmad. All winners will be informed by telephone by Emirates Post.

The electronic draw was held at Deira Main Post Office. Mr. Mana Al Suwaidi, Marketing Director, Emirates Post, picked the winners, in the presence of officials from Emirates Post’s operations and IT departments.

Emirates Post has introduced several value additions to its parcel service to India, including guaranteed door-to-door delivery in ten days, money-back guarantee in case of delayed delivery and online track and trace facility as well as call centre inquiry option.

Customers using the enhanced parcel service between June 28 and August 23 can win attractive prizes in weekly raffle draws, including Al Itihad tickets to India, hypermarket vouchers and electronics and gift items.

Parcels can be dispatched from any of the Emirates Post outlets in UAE. The maximum parcel weight allowed is 30 kg. The rate is Dh. 50 per parcel, and Dh. 7 per kg.

 

All parcels will be delivered to the doorstep of the addressee. If the parcel is not delivered within 10 days from date of shipment, excluding customs clearance in India, the customers will be entitled to a refund. Emirates Post’s call centre will handle queries about all shipments, while customers can also use the online track and trace facility on the website www.emiratespost.ae. The parcel content value should not exceed AED 800 or INR 10,000 (Indian Rupees) per person.
