Emirates Thermostone secures AED 8.9 million worth of contracts for 4 projects in Dubai
Company takes advantage of renewed demand for AAC blocks as contractors look to bring down building costs and ensure project viability
Emirates Thermostone, a wholly owned subsidiary of M’Sharie, the private equity arm of Dubai Investments, has secured contracts worth AED 8.9 million to supply Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (AAC) construction materials for 4 development projects in Dubai.
The projects include Jumeirah Park Villas, Kingdom of Sheba, Jumeirah Golf Estates, and the Tecom residential project.
Ajay Mathur, General Manager of Emirates Thermostone, said, “We are pleased to secure these prestigious contracts. Emirates Thermostone has bagged several important projects since the launch of its second production line in 2008, and we expand our portfolio further with these new projects.”
