ETA Star, a leading property developer in the UAE, recently presented the second annual ‘Star Select’ Awards to chosen partners and sales agents at a grand function held at Marriott Courtyard Hotel in Dubai.
The ‘Star Select’ awards were instituted in 2006 as part of the Star Select Club, an exclusive channel management initiative for select partners. The year-long program aims at strengthening ETA Star’s partner relations while the Star Select awards reward the best performing sales agencies and individual sales agents.

Global Homes which won the coveted Most Outstanding Agency award was presented with a holiday voucher for three days and two nights stay for 10 at the luxurious Taj Exotica resort. Other winners in this category included Ariha Commercial Brokers, Milan Real Estate, Gowealthy.com and Richmond Trading. Sofia Zigangirova of Global Homes was named as the Most Outstanding Individual Agent.
The Star Select Club offers members several privileges and benefits, such as priority wait-listing on reservation of blocked units, priority blocking of deposit-less bookings for 24-hours, direct access to ETA Star’s Amlaki system, participation in special projects and joint marketing activities, cross-subsidized advertising of up to 50 per cent, and priority invitation to ETA Star marketing events.
