Four seasons hotel Riyadh at kingdom centre appoints Ahmad sleiman as executive chef

February 2009: Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh has recently welcomed Chef Ahmad Sleiman to it’s proficient culinary team.  Sleiman, who is renowned for his international expertise, will oversee all restaurants including Seasons, Quattro, Tea Lounge, The Grill and banqueting.

Sleiman is no stranger to Four Seasons; his career with the hospitality company started in 1991 when he was appointed Banquet and Line Crew Leader at the Four Seasons Hotel Newport Beach, California.  He then moved to Four Seasons Hawaii in 2001 where he was Chef de Cuisine for award winning eatery, Pahuia and his latest position preceding Riyadh was as Executive Sous Chef for Four Seasons Hotel Doha.

In his spare time, Sleiman enjoys volleyball, swimming, football and he is a dedicated member of the National Society of Professional Engineers and American Production and Inventory Control Society (APICS).

Describing his new appointment, Sleiman says, “I am very happy to join Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh with my wife Lily and son Hamza and I will use my previous Middle East experience to full advantage in my new role”.
