With Telebanking’s commitment to provide superior customer experience with the increasing number of customer calls, Gulf Bank has launched a new internal campaign to recognize those Telebanking team members who consistently strive for excellence in their work.
The Bank has launched a monthly internal awards ceremony, with the January awards taking place on the 22nd February 2009. This ongoing recognition program is designed to showcase Gulf Bank’s commitment to customer service throughout 2009.
