Gulf Bank’s Telebanking team is committed to providing superior customer experience set against relentlessly ‘customer-driven’ priorities.  To recognize the outstanding contribution of the Telebanking team, Gulf Bank held the third Telebanking Employee Recognition Ceremony to recognize the top performers from the Telebanking team during the month of March 2009 and also for their record breaking results in key performance areas during the first quarter of 2009.

The Telebanking Awards Ceremony took place on the 19th of April 2009 at Gulf Bank’s Head office and several Telebanking team members were recognized and awarded for their performance.

The “Star Performance Award” for an outstanding performance during the month of March 2009 was given away to 8 Telebanking team members:
Ahmad Al-Fassam           Kholoud Omar                     Khaled Al Mashoq
Bushra Dashti            Seyed Ardebili                 Marcel Traboulsy
Esraa Abdulredha           Johny Hasrouti

The winner of the ‘Manager of the Month’ Award was Mahmoud Abdulhameed and the ‘Employee of the Month’ Award went to Zainab Ahmed. Ahmad Al-Fassam and Zainab Ahmed were the recipients of the ‘Quality Champion Award of the month’.

Gulf Bank also awarded excellence of performance during the first quarter of 2009 and gave away the following awards:  In the employees’ category, the award went to Rasha Mardini, in the Manager’s category :to Mursi Mohammad and the “Quality Champion Award’ for the first quarter went to Ahmad Al-Fassam, Sarah Essa and Rasha Mardini.

Gulf Bank’s CGM & CEO, Mr. Louis J. Myers along with Mr. Surour Al-Samerai, GM – Human Resources, Mr. Russel Sandlin, Head of the Contact Center, Mr. David Fisk – Head of Internal Communications, and Mr. Abdulwahab Al-Musallam, HR Business Partner for Retail, were present to felicitate the winners and give away the trophies, certificates and monetary prizes reinforcing the key message that ‘good people are behind all good businesses’.
