As part of its new "Change" strategy expansion, HANCO (Al-Tala'a International Transportation Co. Using a single unified number, 92 000 18 44, the Customer Care Center is a direct communications channel that enhances the customer experience through improved operational efficiency.

He went on to say: "Incoming calls to make reservations, enquiries and attend to customer complaints are at the very core of our business and to ensure maximum efficiency we have outsourced operation of the HANCO Customer Care Center to Acxiom MENA, previously known as DMS, is the region's top specialist in Direct Marketing and Customer contact centers, employing only highly experienced staff supported by the most advanced communications technology."

The HANCO Customer Care Center is open for calls 12 hours a day from 8 am to 8 pm seven days a week Saturday to Friday.

With the aim of becoming the biggest and best in the kingdom, HANCO is strengthening its position in the Saudi market by implementing customer focused plans, increasing its workforce, expanding the branch network and, in a landmark move, recently invested more than SR 130 million ($35 million) in a new fleet that includes brands such as Toyota, Chevrolet, Honda and Hyundai.
