The booklet is designed to promote the facility and its tenants at major events around the world where DFC will participate during the year and will also be provided to inquiring business firms and individuals.
Located at the Dubai International Airport, the DFC is a dedicated facility for developing and delivering an unbroken and high-quality cool chain, boasts of a number of tenants representing all the continents in its premises. These tenants focus on offering a wide range of services including import & export, perishable logistics solutions, special equipment used in the horticulture industry and other areas. The DFC booklet details a cross-section of these tenants and their individual business activities.
Mr. Ibrahim Ahli, Marketing Director, DFC said: “The Tenants’ Profiles booklet, launched recently by HH Sheikh Ahmed offers an insight into the range of companies that operate at the DFC. It contains information about the tenants’ core business areas, types of services they offer, the product groups they deal in, besides the background and contact details for each of them.”
“The perishables transhipment facility at the Dubai International Airport has been growing steadily since its commissioning a few months back. The growing number of tenants at the DFC signal the industry’s recognition of the perishables hub’s global importance,” commented Mr. Ahli.
“We are positive that the booklet will be of great value to those companies seeking to tap the business potential of the perishable industry through the DFC,” added Mr. Ahli.
“We hope to see faster growth in the number of tenants at the DFC during the year and increased business for the tenants already present at the facility following the positive feedback during the recently concluded IPM Dubai 2007,” concluded Mr. Ahli.
