ALBAWABA- Houthi military spokesperson, General Yahya Saree, announced that Houthis, in collaboration with the Iraqi resistance, jointly carried out a drone attack operation aimed at the Israeli ship MSC Manzanillo in the Haifa port using several drones to achieve its objectives.
Additionally, Saree disclosed for the first time that the missile used in targeting the Israeli ship MSC SARAH V in the Arabian Sea was a locally made hypersonic missile. This advanced missile is known for its high accuracy and long-range capabilities.
Houthis affirmed their commitment to continuing joint military operations in support of the Palestinian people until the aggression ceases and the siege on Gaza is lifted.
Yesterday, Houthi military spokesperson Yahya Saree announced that the Houthis had targeted the Israeli ship MSC SARAH V with a newly launched hypersonic missile in the Arabian Sea.
According to Saree, this operation by the Yemeni Armed Forces marks the debut of the missile, which had recently undergone successful test operations.
This attack is part of a surge in Houthi offensives against vessels bound for Israel, with three ships sunk or heavily damaged since June, including two in a single week in Yemeni waters. The Houthis have intensified their use of new weapons, including ballistic missiles, unmanned boats, and drones.
They also claimed to have targeted the US carrier USS Dwight D. Eisenhower, compelling its departure from the Red Sea towards the Mediterranean Sea.
