The HP AMD ‘Find the Athlon’ four week campaign was launched at GITEX Shopper last October with a dedicated micro site, treasure hunts driven by clues on Dubai’s radio stations and supported by HP’s retailers and resellers.
The micros site offered consumers the chance to win a HP notebook or SlimLine PC with AMD processer every day by simply registering or answering one of the weekly questions correctly.
“The campaign with HP has allowed us to interact directly with our consumers and help educate them on the features of AMD latest technologies and services that can benefit them in their everyday life.” Said Jerome Carpentier , Global Account Director, AMD EMEA .
The campaign has seen 50 HP Entertainment Notebooks powered by AMD processors being given away as part of online and radio competitions, five desktop PC’s plus many HP accessories and media pocket drives.
