Huawei, a leader in providing next generation telecommunications network solutions for operators around the world, has successfully completed its 2009 Annual Service Conference in the Middle East and Africa region. This conference aims at exhibiting the latest global managed service solutions evolution, service transformation trends, and quality of service optimization and has attracted more than 50 executives from 22 key operators.
The conference covered service providers’ TCO optimization, end user Quality of Experience, as well as service strategies that enable service providers to improve their bottom line and reduce OPEX by adopting the managed service model. It enables service providers to focus on their core business and shorten time to market increasing their growth rate within the fierce competition in Middle East and African markets. Managed Service changed the value chain and shaped the strategic relationships between service providers and Managed service vendors.
IDC analyst (International Data Group) participated in presenting market information in managed service including growth drivers, global market trends, managed service segments and models along with keys to successful managed service partnership.
“We engage our partners and collaborate in order to reach mutual understanding of their exiting and anticipated needs on managed service and service quality optimization; the conference is a successful way to achieve these goals” mentioned Wang Huanan, Middle East Vice President for Service and Delivery.
This annual service conference comes in the context of Huawei’s continuous efforts to further enhance its leading role in the telecom services market in the MENA region.
