Hyder Consulting strengthens presence in region with UAE expansion
Award winning international engineering, environmental, planning and management consultancy opens new head office at Dubai Healthcare City
Dubai, June 5, 2007: As part of its regional expansion, Hyder Consulting, the award-winning engineering, environmental, planning and management consultancy, has opened a new head office in Dubai Healthcare City, further cementing its leadership position in the region.
To commemorate the opening a ribbon-cutting ceremony was held in the presence of VIP guests, amongst them HE Edward Oakden CMG, British Ambassador to the UAE, who officially opened the head office along with Rod Stewart, Regional Managing Director and Nigel Hayward, Area Director Dubai for Hyder Consulting Middle East.
Together with their existing office at Wafi Residence, Hyder Consulting’s new office, located in Block A, Ibn Sina Building at Dubai Healthcare City, will offer a full spectrum of engineering, environmental, planning and management consultancy services and will be led by Nigel Hayward.
Hyder Consulting has been present in the Middle East for 45 years and has offices spanning the UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. Involved in some of the region’s most prestigious projects including the Burj Dubai, Ski Dubai and Emirates Towers in Dubai, and Reem Island in Abu Dhabi, Hyder Consulting is also developing several mega projects across the Middle East including Al Areen in Bahrain and Lusail in Qatar.
