In its first café in Dubai, located in the ground floor in Dubai Mall, Brunetti brings together a luscious array of everything that we treasure in Italian cooking in an enticing caffé space – a Gelateria, Cioccolateria, Pasticceria and more.
Over the years, Brunetti has created a niche position for itself among people in Melbourne, Australia, where it is seen as an institution. The Angelé family comes equipped with a wealth of pasticceria and café experience with Giorgio Angelé beginning his training in a café with his uncle in Rome at the early age of 10. Since then Giorgio has always been involved in the pastry industry and is still baking for the unceasing crowds that amass at Brunetti.
The Brunetti experience starts with their signature coffees and teas. From the moment one steps into Brunetti, the alluring aroma of coffee invites you to have an authentic espresso, macchiato, latte or cappuccino assiduously made using a 100% Arabica roasted Santa Chiara coffee.
While tea lovers can enjoy a cuppa from the exceptional and premium selection of teas by Newby, those who crave for an authentic Italian beverage should try our Cioccolato Caldo Con Panna, a unique Italian hot chocolate using a genuine secret family recipe that guarantees having a hot chocolate will never be the same again.

A huge selection of pastries, including our Millefoglie, Chocolate Pear Brioche and Panzerotti Ricotta, are served warm out of the oven and ready to greet customers in the morning with every item freshly baked by trained chefs. And in keeping with a distinct Brunetti tradition, a complimentary Brunetti coffee is given to the first customer of the day.
All day Brunetti offers a selection of savory traditional Italian dishes such as Lasagna or Risotto Pollo e Funghi. Afternoon tea should be about relaxing in the inviting ambiance of our café space with a light snack of a Mignon, Cannoli or Biscotti or treating oneself to an array of Gelati in 24 delicious flavours.
