India delegation visits Ras Al Khaimah

Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Crown Prince and Deputy Ruler of Ras Al Khaimah, held talks in Ras Al Khaimah on Sunday with Chief Minister of India's Andhra Pradesh, Dr. YS Rajasekhara Reddy and his accompanying delegation, who are visiting the UAE.

Describing his country's trade relations with India as historic, the Crown Prince expressed the hope that the visit of the Indian delegation would further contribute to the development of bilateral relations, <i>WAM</i> reported.

Sheikh Saud and Dr. Reddy also discussed economic, trade and investment ties and means of bolstering them.

The Indian official, on his part, said he was hopeful that relations would be further enhanced at various levels.
