New Delhi expects no change in its relations with Washington following the election of George W. Bush as the next US president, Indian Foreign Minister Jaswant Singh said Wednesday.

"India's relations with the United States, to borrow a phrase from US political slang, have bipartisan support," Singh told reporters at the end of a three-day visit to Vietnam.

"India's approach, policies and relationship with the United States will continue on the friendliest and most cooperative of terms as they have until now." – HANOI (AFP)
