Info2cell provides regional news alerts for 18th Gulf Cup Championships

Info2cell, the leading mobile application service provider in the Middle East, will provide a comprehensive coverage to the 18th Gulf Cup Championships by sending out the latest news and event-related information to its regional subscribers through SMS and MMS.

Info2cell has linked up with the Associated Press (AP), one of the world’s leading news agencies, to realize the project. AP will provide the latest updates that will be sent out to the subscribers through over 15 mobile operators who are directly connected with Info2cell through its central platform.

Info2cell subscribers will also receive high-quality pictures through MMS, match summary reports, match schedules and game analyses. There will be also a specialized site that will provide questions regarding the games, info2cell will provide a voting service  where subscribers and third party can send in their sentiments and answers about the various events of the Gulf Cup through SMS.

Mr. Dahabra has 21 years of Systems Engineering, Management and Entrepreneurial experience, having worked for IBM for 10 years in Kuwait, Bahrain, Iraq, and Jordan. Mr. Dahabra also worked as Director for Systems Development with FLAG for two years in NY, USA. Mr. Dahabra was the founder of a number of successful startups in Jordan, Bahrain and the region including Unitech - Jordan, Unisat - Jordan, First Telecommunication Group – Jordan, Magnet- Jordan and Gulf Soft - Bahrain.
