Injazat Capital, the pioneering Islamic venture capital firm in the MENA region, has appointed Fawzi Zeine as Principal Fund Management, in an initiative to bring qualified, expert talent into the company.
Hussein Rifai, Managing Director, Injazat Capital said: “Zeine brings to our company his considerable expertise in corporate strategy, advisory and management functions. This will further Injazat Capital’s investment plans in new markets such as Egypt, Lebanon, Kuwait and Bahrain and help us expand our involvement across diverse sectors of the economy.”
Zeine, a graduate in Business Administration from Texas Tech University, joins Injazat Capital from his last position as Deputy General Manager and Acting Chief Executive Officer (CEO) at Al-Khalidi Medical Centre. He has also served as CEO of Pepsi-Cola’s Jordan Ice and Aerated Water Company (JIAWC) and Light Industries Company.
