Injazat Data Systems, the region’s leading IT and Business Process Managed Services company, has announced that it will host a presentation on data centre trends influencing IT deployment in business at the Middle East and North Africa CIO Summit 2009 to be held from February 8 to 9, 2009 at Atlantis, The Palm, Dubai, UAE.
Injazat will act as Platinum sponsor for the exclusive invitation-only conference, which will feature a presentation to be delivered by Injazat CIO/CTO Kenny Wilson titled “Data Centre Trends that are redefining the way IT will be deployed in business.” Running under the theme of “Reflections and Innovations Ahead,” MENA CIO Summit 2009 will gather the top 100 IT end users from the region to share practical advice on using technology to streamline management and reduce costs. The event will also act as an excellent forum for industry leaders and Chief Information Officers to network, discuss best practices and explore key IT issues.

The value of the Middle East and Africa’s (MEA) IT market is predicted to increase from USD 51 billion in 2008 to nearly USD 71 billion by 2012, with data centre operations representing a highly lucrative growth area. The Summit will include plenary speaking opportunities; theme-based breakout sessions; neutral panel discussions, such as a panel on CIOs versus other corporate officers; analysis of vendor performance; and presentations on retaining skill sets within an organization.
