Intima loyalty programme speaks volumes for Manar Mall
The customer loyalty programme witnessed record high registrations during the summer

Manar Mall, the exclusive destination for shopping, leisure and entertainment in Ras Al Khaimah, today announced that it has received an overwhelming response to its Intima loyalty programme during the three month period ending August 15, 2009. The mall witnessed a 30 per cent increase in registrations for Intima during the period in comparison to the previous three months.

Intima is the Manar Mall’s smart-card-based loyalty programme launched in December 2008. The programme aims to enhance the experience of shopping for its loyal customers at the mall. Intima ensures that every customer is rewarded with their money’s worth while shopping at the Manar Mall.

Commenting on the Intima loyalty card, Mr. Benoy J. The Intima’ loyalty card can be used at any of the participating outlets at the mall by presenting the card while making the payment for purchases. By using the card, customers get rewarded in Manar Dirhams on the card based on the percentage of purchase stated in the loyalty programme guide, usually 10 per cent. Each Manar Dirham equals one UAE Dirham of additional shopping. The Manar Dirhams that one receives in one Intima partner outlet can be spent immediately in the same outlet or in any other partner outlet.
The Intima card can be availed easily at the mall by simply filling out the enrollment form with a minimum enrollment fee. The personalized card is ready for pick up in the mall within 2 - 3working days.
Some of the partner outlets at Manar Mall where the Intima’ loyalty card can be used are Giordano, Hang Ten, G2000, Bossini, Chilis(F&B), Rivoli, Al Jaber Optical, Patchi, Sony, XOXO, Pastamania (F&B), Nine West, Ajmal, Marco Azzali, Nayomi, Optifashion, Atlas Jewellery, Sanrio, Redearth, Urban Concept, First Choise, Al Yashmac, Mikyajy, ELC, Funcity, and Accessorize.
New partners who have joined the programme during the last month are Ted Lapidus, Pierre Cardin, Mockamore, Adam Kids and Hush Puppies among others.
