An Israeli, who was found dead in Ramallah after midnight Friday, was reported to have been lynched by members of the Fateh’s Tanzim (organization).
Identified as Marik Gavrielov from Bnei Ayiesh in the south of Israel, the Israeli radio Maariv newspaper online edition and ynet said that the police think Gavrielov arrived at a restaurant in Ramallah and then was caught by the Tanzim people who shot tens of bullets, mutilated the body and then put it in a car before setting the vehicle on fire.
Sources at the Palestinian police, who have handed over the body to the Israeli authorities, told Albawaba.com on Saturday that the murder was more likely committed for criminal reasons, linked to drug trafficking.
