ALBAWABa- The Israeli War Council has given its approval for a delegation to travel to Paris to resume negotiations on a crucial prisoner exchange deal.

Reports from the Israeli Walla website confirm that the council has empowered the delegation to actively engage in negotiations, rather than simply listening to proposals.
