ALBAWABA - There is growing dissatisfaction in Israel with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and his government amid the continuous Israeli attacks on Gaza. Thousands gathered on Kaplan Street in the center of Tel Aviv to protest Netanyahu's policies in the area and to demand an exchange of prisoners.

Shouts of "We won't rest until they return home" erupted from demonstrators holding banners with images of prisoners and waving Israeli flags.

Israeli activist Aviva Siegel, who was briefly detained in Gaza before being freed, pleaded with the government to treat negotiations seriously, stressing that a deal must be reached before the group from Qatar can return.

Siegel chastised Netanyahu directly, saying, "Listen up, Bibi. My husband's future is still unknown. Put an end to talking about war wins and strategy. They've shown to be useless. Every day, lives are lost."

Another protest took place at the Kirya Military Base, when thousands of people set fires and obstructed traffic. There were large banners clearly visible, calling for an instant accord and an end to the war.

The Israeli Prime Ministry confirmed that Benjamin Netanyahu, the prime minister of Israel, will be undergoing surgery to repair a hernia. According to the statement, a hernia was discovered by medical professionals during a standard examination, necessitating today's surgery.

Additionally, it was mentioned that Netanyahu will be sedated for the treatment. Yariv Levin, the minister of justice and deputy prime minister, will act as prime minister in his absence.
