Izumi Solutions starts 2009 on a high note with new deals
Latest HP large-format printers to tap outdoor advertising market in the region
Izumi Solutions, a regional partner for HP’s graphic arts products, commenced the year with new deals from four outdoor advertising companies in the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait and Yemen.
More than AED 4.92 million worth of HP large-format printers was purchased by Izumi Solutions’ customers – Illumina Advertising in Dubai, Nasser Neon in Sharjah, Neon Center in Kuwait, Color Gate and Gateway 21 from Bahrain and Bin Humaid Group of Companies in Yemen. Currently, the company is also expecting to finalise further deals in the coming weeks as a result of its recent participation at the Signage, Imaging and Media (SIM) in November 2008.
“The outdoor advertising industry in the Middle East is still expected to show growth in 2009. Izumi Solutions, as a dedicated company providing digital printing solutions, is capitalising on this growth by marketing the latest HP large format printers such as the HP Scitex XL1500 with its extensive role to role application in different industries such as real estate, retail, FMCG and telecommunications,” said Walid Amin, General Manager, Izumi Solutions.
“Additionally, HP has widened their large format portfolio to include printers such as the HP Scitex FB910 and H45500 flatbed for extensive applications on different rigid media such as ceramics, wood, glass and aluminium. This development allows us to have broader customer reach in the digital printing industry across the region,” he added.
Illumina Advertising bought the HP Scitex FB950 UV Flatbed printer to add to its portfolio whereas Neon Center purchased the HP Scitex FB910 UV Flatbed printer to cater to its clients in the interior design market. Meanwhile, Bin Humaid Group of Companies, Nasser Neon, Color Gate and Gateway 21 purchased the HP Scitex XL1500 printer from Izumi Solutions to fulfil the solvent roll to roll high market demand.
Officially launched during SIM 2008, Izumi Solutions has also established its new Customer Service Centre in Dubai aiming to maximise customer satisfaction level and improve response time on customer service calls. The company currently provides digital printing solutions in the UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Lebanon and Yemen.
