jacky’s recognized for service excellence
Jacky’s Electronics, has been recognized by the Department of Economic Development’s Dubai Service Excellence Scheme (DSES) recently. Jacky’s was declared the best performing outlet in the electronics category for its Deira City Centre branch.
The presentation and announcement was made during a recent gathering. Jacky’s has been a member of the Dubai Service Excellence Scheme for the past one year and has had all their outlets regularly audited by external mystery shoppers deployed by the DSES. Jacky’s received the well-deserved accolade based on audit reports.
The Dubai Service Excellence Scheme is an initiative of the Government of Dubai, Department of Economic Development aimed at promoting excellence in customer service and recognising businesses that provide excellent service to their customers. The scheme is membership based where the respective member organizations comply with the code of business ethics and satisfy the criteria for customer service excellence.
“The Dubai Excellence scheme is a significant milestone for Jacky’s to achieve and reflect our innovative initiatives to service our clients who are part of our entrepreneurial culture. “As part of our targeted marketing strategy, investing in customer service has been one of our top priorities in the last few quarters because repeat sales come through satisfied customers. Our key objective is to provide services, facilities and support major customers to strengthen close consumer relations, which is an integral part of our corporate culture,” added Panjabi.
Jacky’s has won the distinguished Superbrands Award for the third year in a row and has also been recognised the ‘Best Entertainment Retailer’ for the Deira City Centre outlet earlier.
