MTI Automotive, Egypt’s sole importer of Jaguar, is thrilled to announce that the Bowers & Wilkins in-car audio system in their new Jaguar XF has been voted “Best Buy under £100,000” by UK based The What Hi-Fi? Sound and Vision Ultimate Guide to High End Entertainment. The magazine is one of the world’s leading independent guides to buying and owning home entertainment products.
Released in Egypt earlier this year, the new XF has quickly distinguished itself to both drivers and critics alike. “We all knew the XF looked better, and drove better than the competition,” noted MTI General Manager Ahmed El Gharib’’. “This is proof that it sounds better as well.”
Up against competition from Lexus, Audi and Volkswagen, What Hi-Fi? judges considered the XF's Bowers & Wilkins in-car system on its sound-per-pound performance. They used a wide range of music to evaluate its performance and drove over a variety of roads at different speeds to evaluate its abilities under real-world conditions.
Bowers & Wilkins technology, which is exclusively used in Jaguar cars, is acclaimed by audiophiles, artists and recording engineers alike. The XF reviewed featured the Bowers & Wilkins 440W Surround Sound System with a remote amplifier, Dolby® Pro-Logic® II 7.1 Surround Sound and 14 speakers.
