Jebel Ali Port, Dubai World Security earn top honours

DP World’s flagship Jebel Ali Port facility together with security solutions provider Dubai World Security have won three coveted honours from the Higher Committee for UAE Civil Seaports & Airports Security under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Public Works and Chairman of the Committee.
 
Jebel Ali was certified Best Port Overall, Best Port in Qualifying & Training and Best Port in Emiratisation in the Committee’s annual list of honours for 2009.
 
Mohammed Al Muallem, Senior Vice President and Managing Director, DP World, UAE Region and Mahmood Amin, Chief Executive Officer, Dubai World Security, received the certificates at a special ceremony recently held at the Intercontinental Hotel, Abu Dhabi.
 
Dubai World Security leads the network of security operations at the port with a team of highly trained professionals and equipment.
