Jordan's King Abdullah met on Sunday with Korean minister of trade and foreign affairs Ban Ki-moon and discussed with him bilateral relations and means of enhancing them in the political and economic fields, Petra reported. During the talks, King Abdullah expressed hope of enhancing relations with Korea and enhance the work of the joint higher committee to help in supporting economic ties, increasing trade exchange and attracting investments.
He pointed to the Korean efforts exerted to regain stability in Iraq and participating in the rebuilding efforts, affirming that having a strong and stable Iraq is not only important for the Middle East region only but also for the whole world.
The King said that Jordan will provide all the required facilities and assistance to help Korea in its mission in keeping security and stability in Iraq. (albawaba.com)
