Iran President Mohammad Khatami paid a visit to the Iran Cultural and Press Institute (ICPI) in Tehran on Tuesday.
During his visit, Khatami was accompanied by Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Ahmad Masjed Jamei, Deputy Culture Minister for Press Affairs Mohammad Sohofi, Managing Director of Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA) Abdollah Nasseri Taheri and ICPI Managing Director Abdorrasoul Vesal.
According to IRNA, Khatami inspected ICPI's different sectors including Iran Newspaper, Iran Varzeshi Newspaper, Arabic-language daily 'Al-Vefaq' and English-language paper 'Iran Daily'.
