KHDA signs partnership agreement with the Fujairah Human Resources Department
Supporting Emiratisation among government and semi-government entities

Al Mulla: “Since its inception, KHDA has encouraged the public and private sectors in the UAE to provide career opportunities to young Emiratis”

The Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA) announced today the signing of a strategic partnership agreement with the Fujairah Human Resources Department.
The signing, which aims to support Emiratisation in the UAE’s public, private, and semi-government sectors, took place during the third Fujairah Training and Career Show which was held under the patronage of and in the presence of the Fujairah Crown Prince, HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi.   
At the exhibition, Essa Al Mulla, Executive Director, National Workforce Development, indicated that this strategic agreement complements the overall plan to support the recruitment of Emiratis in the public and private sectors across the UAE. Highlighting the “Third Fujairah Training and Careers Show”, Essa Al Mulla said: “This exhibition reflects the cooperative relationship between the Emirate of Fujairah and Dubai. We expect many people to visit this exhibition in  Fujairah.”
“This partnership is based on co-operation between the two entities to provide Emiratis with all their educational needs for the jobs market,” he added. Essa stressed that KHDA has invited all private and public bodies to support Emiratis in getting experience across various economic sectors.
On behalf of KHDA, Essa signed the agreement with Mohammad Khalifa Al Zayodi, Director of Human Resources Department, who signed the agreement on behalf of the HR Department - Government of Fujairah.

The agreement includes training programmes for Emiratis to provide them with career opportunities in different sectors in the UAE. It is hoped this will allow Emiratis to explore training as well as finding jobs. 
The exhibition was well attended. A number of Emiratis submitted their resumes, with a view to taking the first step towards a future career.
