ALBAWABA- North Korean leader Kim Jong Un is scheduled to visit Russia later this month to meet with President Vladimir Putin and discuss a potential weapons deal.
The White House revealed this on Monday, confirming that these talks are part of ongoing "arms negotiations" between the two nations, aimed at potentially providing Moscow with North Korean weaponry.
Adrian Watson, the spokesperson for the U.S. National Security Council, emphasized that the arms negotiations between Russia and North Korea are steadily advancing, echoing previous public warnings.
Watson also noted that there's information suggesting Kim Jong Un anticipates further discussions, including diplomatic dialogue in Russia at the leadership level.
