Al-Nouri returned to Kuwait on Sunday after participating in the 65th session of the GCC Committee of Financial and Economic Cooperation in Jeddah.
In statements to KUNA, Al-Nouri said the conferees discussed several important issues listed on the agenda and reports of previous meetings.
The meeting also reviewed the economic, legal, and technical effects of signing agreements that waive custom tariffs on certain countries, giving an opportunity for national products in the GCC in government purchases, and hosting the Gulf Central Bank headquarters, he added.
Al-Noori said the meeting focused on the annual report on the Gulf integrated market, which will be established in 2007. (Albawaba.com)
