The Lebanese Broadcasting Corporation International, LBCI, has banned Hoida’s newest video clip Nary (My Fire), according to Nadine magazine.
Nadine reported that the event took place after the Syrian songstress’s manager went to the LBC offices in Adma, Lebanon, and tried to meet with officials there. However, the security guards informed her manager that they did not want the cassette, and that he cannot meet anyone!
Meanwhile, according to Hoida, director and member of the LBCI board of directors, Simon Asmar had told her to send the tape over.
Furthermore, Hoida is a Syrian, which does not place her under the new exclusivity rule that LBC has recently adopted.
The satellite channel has decided that any Lebanese singer who wishes to have material aired on LBC, should sign an exclusivity clause.
Meanwhile, Hoida is still confused about the whole incident - Albawaba.com.
