LG Electronics and Middle East Complex Launch New Air Conditioning Campaign
A Cool and Refreshing Summer with 48-Hour Installation Service
LG Electronics (LG), a global leader and technology innovator in consumer electronics, and the Middle East Complex (MEC) recently announced the launch of a new air conditioning campaign, starting on June 2, 2009 for a duration of 3 months, focusing on expediency in air conditioning installation services (48 hours from the time of purchase).
In line with its continued efforts to meet customers’ growing expectations and requirements, especially during the summer, LG doubled the size of its service fleet of trained and qualified Jordanian employees, allowing the Company to provide first-rate installation and maintenance services. Customers can now enjoy a cool and refreshing summer with LG’s state of the art air conditioners.
Customers throughout the kingdom are able to benefit from this campaign, which will be not be limited to Amman, rather, providing national coverage. MEC is also relying on a new distribution system, leasing warehouses spread over several areas for a wider geographical reach, thus avoiding any delays, and facilitating easy distribution of air conditioners in markets and 48-hour installation.
To ensure customer satisfaction with this additional service, LG’s own Customer Service Center will conduct follow-up calls (Happy Calls), and will undertake random and on the spot home visits to ensure that the installation and maintenance services are on par and meet with the customers’ needs and standards.
