World renowned London College of Fashion (LCF), the only college in the UK to specialise in fashion education, is returning to the UAE due to the overwhelming response from its pilot short course programme that was held last May.

“The courses we held earlier this year were incredibly successful and testament to the region’s hunger for fashion education. For the next programme of short courses we are offering an extended range of subjects, bringing over more of our London based tutors and extending the course schedule to accommodate more students and cater to a broader spectrum of potential students. LCF short courses can benefit those interested in, or already part of, the fashion industry,” said Linda Roberts, Senior Business Manager at London College of Fashion.
A total of 11 LCF tutors will travel to Dubai to teach their respective courses and give students the chance to learn skills ranging from business and marketing through to design and communication.
“We are looking to partner with some regional brands for this next course programme to help generate additional awareness with the business community. We are offering various sponsorship packages that will provide support for members of the sponsors organization as well as exposure internationally through LCF,” added Roberts.
The College is associated with some of the world’s superstar designers and fashion gurus through its alumni such as Harold Tillman, owner of iconic British label Jaeger, and visiting lecturers such as Jimmy Choo, Tom Ford and Donatella Versace.
