Mada Communications the leading provider of advanced communication solutions recently sponsored the 7th Jubilee Exhibition for Technology, organized by the Jubilee School under the patronage of HRH Prince Hamzah Bin Al Hussein and attended by His Excellency the Minister of Information and Communication Technology Marwan Juma.
HRH commended Mada’s sponsorship of the event, presenting the company’s Chief Commercial Officer Khalid Al Saqri – who also represented the company during the exhibition – with an honorary plaque and certificate. The company’s sponsorship of the exhibition comes to reaffirm its commitment to supporting its local community by making active contributions to educational and scientific projects geared toward bolstering knowledge and awareness.
The exhibition, which lasted for 5 days, featured more than 30 creations designed and implemented by the students of the Jubilee School and of 15 other schools who participated in the event. Creations included web and graphic designs, film clips and software development projects. A series of informative lectures was also organized, followed by a contest that covered various technology-related arenas, including programming, design and general knowledge in the field.
Mada presented the students who won the awards of Best Project with three Xenon wireless internet dongles in an effort to encourage them to continue experimenting and innovating.
