Mahmud al-Misbah's New Album to Hit Stores After Ramadan

The Kuwaiti musician, Mahmud al-Misbah, is currently in Cairo where he plans to record his new album, which he is doing with composers and young poets. The most prominent of these poets are Ali Musaid from Kuwait, Ali al-Fadli Wasahir from Kuwait, and Sami al-Juman from Saudi Arabia. The prominent composers are Abdallah al-Kaoud, Omar al-Bani and Salah Yuslim. The album will be available in stores after Ramadan. Misbah told Al-Sharq Al-Awsat daily that he is working with the Egyptian music producer, Tariq Akif, to record more then 10 new songs for the album.
