Passengers travelling through Dubai airport can now log on to www.marhabaservices.com to make their booking for Marhaba’s innovative meet-and-greet and lounge services with greater ease, speed and efficiency, completing both their booking and payment on line. This saves customers’ time and eliminates the need to book by phone and visit the airport to make the payment – the whole transaction can now be completed in a matter of minutes using the new on-line service.
This new electronic booking and payment service has been developed and launched in conjunction with Dnata’s own web services and has been created in response to customer demand, as well as recent research revealing that internet use in the GCC countries has increased phenomenally in recent years and that the UAE remains the Arab leader in terms of internet user penetration rate.
