Methaq Realty Company displayed its first real estate development project within the Kingdom of Jordan, "Methaq Jewels 1" during its participation in EKAR 2006 Exhibition held from November 6-10 in Abdali – Amman, with the participation of over 85 local and regional real estate companies.
Throughout the five days, and from visitors' inquiries at their booth, Methaq Realty introduced the details of its project and its unique features to a large number of visitors attending from Jordan and abroad. Representatives of the company also familiarized visitors with the company vision and its achievements, in addition to providing them with a detailed explanation of facilitations being offered to clients, as well as agreements recently signed with various parties.
Mr. Muhannad Qabajah, General Manager of Methaq Realty Company said upon commenting on this exhibition: "Our participation in EKAR amongst many local and regional leading real estate companies in the real estate sector, came as part of our continuous efforts towards further enhancing our position in the Jordanian real estate market". He further added: "This exhibition witnessed high attendance by people concerned in the real estate sector from Jordan and the region. Most of the visitors represented our target audience, who we continuously aim to reach".
Methaq Realty Company has recently announced the start of selling the luxurious residential villas in its first project Methaq Jewels 1. Consequently, the company announced the signage of cooperation agreements with both the Union Bank and with Midas Furniture Company. The agreement signed with the Union Bank includes providing an encouraging program for financing Methaq villas. While the other agreement with Midas incorporates providing the first five buyers of Methaq's villas with JD20,000 vouchers for furnishing their villas, special offers for the other buyers, in addition to providing them with plans to furnish their villas according to their needs.
It is worth mentioning that Methaq Realty Company is currently in the process of finalizing phase one of its residential projects which will be set up in the area of new Abdoun, 5 kilometres away from the seventh circle, on a 9000 sq meters plot of land. This project comprises of 14 villas with seven categories, each one boasting unique and distinctive features and developed according to the highest international standards to satisfy all future buyers.
