Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development signs memorandum of understanding with Australian Human Resource Institute
AHRI to provide training courses in HR management certification and global awards nomination for MBRCLD participants
Mohammed Bin Rashid Centre for Leadership Development (MBRCLD) has announced that it has further strengthened its leadership training resources after signing a memorandum of understanding with the Australian Human Resource Institute (AHRI) that will allow AHRI to provide training courses in HR management certification and global awards nomination for participants of MBRCLD. The initiative is in line with efforts to boost MBRCLD's contributions in consolidating the local expertise, knowledge and excellence in the field of HR management.
AHRI, the national association representing human resource and people management professionals in Australia, joins a prominent list of world-renowned leadership training organisations and academic institutions that have contributed in developing MBRCLD's multi-tiered leadership development programs.
Awadh Seghayer Al-Ketbi, CEO, MBRCLD said: "Cultivating a competent and quality-oriented human resource base is a very important factor in realising the vision and sustaining the long-term development initiatives of Dubai and the UAE. As such, HR has been identified as one of the key areas of MBRCLD's leadership development initiatives. Being a world-renowned specialist in HR and people management, we believe that AHRI will complement our efforts to advance the HR skills of our leaders."
Serge Sardo Fahri, CEO of AHRI commented: "MBRCLD has been widely recognised for successfully initiating a leadership development program, which has emerged as a groundbreaking initiative in the UAE and in the international community. The program has been credited largely for the Centre's achievements in promoting leadership development across the country. It is therefore an opportunity for us to contribute to the success of this program by providing access to a wide range of tools, research material and other pertinent industry resources that will help enhance the HR expertise and knowledge of the MBRCLD participants."
MBRCLD has been established in line with the vision and directions of H.H. Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, UAE Vice President and Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai; who has underscored the critical importance of a highly competent national professional workforce to ensure the country's global sustainability.
The applications for the program were submitted through MBRPLD`s website (www.mbrpld.ae). Further details of the program and the evaluation process are also available on the MBRPLD`s website.
