MTC- Vodafone and Kalaam announce interconnect agreement

MTC-Vodafone (Bahrain) and Kalaam Telecom, a new provider of integrated communications solutions in the kingdom, signed an interconnect agreement whereby MTC-Vodafone customers can benefit from all of Kalaam’s telephony services including its pre-paid international calling cards- k-talk.
The Signing Ceremony was attended by Mr. Carlos Riera, Chief Executive Officer- Kalaam and Mr. Andrew Hanna, Chief Sales& Marketing Officer, Kalaam.
Mr. Essam Zainal, MTC-Vodafone’s Head of Business Development, emphasizing MTC-Vodafone’s commitment to provide customers with added service options, said ‘We are keen to provide our customers with more service options and thus this agreement with Kalaam is critical especially when services such as pre-paid International calling cards, are rapidly becoming everyday products for thousands of customers in Bahrain.’
