Egyptian songstress Nadia Mustafa has replaced the title of her current album, Qulha Amta (Say When), to Shaduny Eneik (Your Eyes Pulled Me).
Director Mazen Al Jabali is set to direct the music video for the new song, written by Abdul Wahab Mohammad and composed by Hilmy Bakr.
The album, which was released this summer, is comprised of various types of music, making it a colorful compilation.
In an interview with ‘Kalam El Nas’ magazine, Nadia said, “I tried to market every generation in existence with this new album.”
Unfortunately the album has not been received with the enthusiasm Nadia expected.
“I believe that it was the timing that contributed to the album failing in the market,” she explained.
“However, I also realized that a music video might place the album in the limelight, so I decided to go through with it,” added Nadia-Albawaba.com.
