Four new UAE national judges of the Federal High Court have been sworn-in on Monday in front of Sheikh Maktoum bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, according to Emirates News Agency.
According to Mohammed bin Nakhira Al Dhahiri, Minister of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Awqaf, Khalifa Sadallah Fahd Al Muahairi, Shihab Abdul Rahman Al Hammadi, Falah Shayea Al Hajri and Amin Ahmed Al Hajri, who took the oath, had occupied various judiciary posts at the primary and appeal courts before their new appointment, rising gradually to the present one.
He added that the nationalization of the judiciary corps was in line with the directives of the country's leadership, headed by President Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan. (Albawaba.com)
