The Palladium celebrates creative advertising talent

The Palladium, the entertainment and events venue in the heart of Dubai Media City, is this week hosting the leading advertising festival in the Middle East and North Africa for the creative communications industry.

The 3rd Dubai International Advertising Festival takes place from 14 to 16 March 2010 with the prestigious Dubai Lynx Awards on 17 March, also at The Palladium, to honour the most creative advertising campaigns throughout the region.

“Dubai Lynx will make full use of The Palladium’s world class facilities, using the space not only for the two-day learning programme of 16 seminars and four workshops but also for the prestigious Lynx Awards,” said Steve Lane, Festival Director, Dubai Lynx.

“The Palladium is the perfect venue for a festival such as Lynx and we are delighted to be hosting an event which brings together the creative advertising talent from not only the Middle East and North Africa but internationally as well,” said Raymond Gaspar, General Manager of The Palladium.

Presented by the Cannes Lions International Advertising Festival and Motivate Publishing, Dubai Lynx is held with the support of Dubai Media City and in association with the UAE Chapter of the International Advertising Association.

Located in the heart of Dubai Media City, the AED250 million Palladium, was opened in 2009 and has earned a reputation as the region’s finest multi-purpose entertainment and event venue. The Palladium is located 20 minutes from Dubai’s financial centre and business districts and close to the famous Palm Jumeirah Island, the iconic Burj Al Arab and beachfront resorts.
